- Starting on January 1, 2025, San Antonio City Ordinance Chapter 34 and SAWS Utility Service Regulations require irrigation plans to be submitted for review to SAWS on all single-family construction in the SAWS service area and on all commercial irrigation installs outside the San Antonio City Limits.
