SAWS declared the end to Stage 1 watering rules effective Tuesday, Sept. 29

Effective September 30th San Antonio goes back to Year Round Watering Rules. Please visit SAWS website for more information.

TCEQ’s update to the Irrigation rules (Chapter 344) – Wye Strainers

Stage 1 Watering Restrictions Return

San Antonio has returned to Stage 1 Watering Restrictions.   Here’s a little refresher on Stage 1 Watering Restrictions:  Landscape watering with an irrigation system, sprinkler, or soaker hose is permitted only on your designated day before 11 a.m. or after 7 p.m. Watering days begin and end at midnight. Overnight and weekend watering is not allowed.Hand watering with a hose, drip irrigation, or a bucket is allowed any day, any time.Washing impervious cover (i.e., parking lots, driveways, streets, etc.) is prohibited.Water waste is prohibited at all times.
