— Arthur Trejo has been a Licensed Irrigator since 1997 and is also a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester since 1999. Arthur is also the owner of Works of Art Irrigation & Landscape Services, LLC since 2005.

— Raymond Rosalez, is a Licensed Technician and Licensed Pesticide Applicator who works at UT San Antonio.

— Della Reyes is a Licensed Irrigator, and former Secretary and Treasurer of the San Antonio Irrigation Association since 2019 and currently works at UT San Antonio.

Vice Chairman of the Board

— Julia Silva is a Licensed Irrigator whom brings 16 years of experience in the Irrigation Industry. She began her career managing and subcontracting for a small irrigation company before earning her Irrigators License and founding her own business, Sprinklerman Landscaping. Julia now works at San Antonio Water System – Conservation Dept where she plays a key role in creating the Plan Review process from the ground up and has helped develop the new Irrigation Inspection process for the upcoming 2026 inspections.
